M. Jaysson Eicholtz is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a bachelor's in Animal Science and a Master's in Biotechnology.   

He has 25 years of progressive operations experience with Biotech's like Wyeth, Sanofi Pasteur, Dendreon, Nationwide Children's Hospital, and Scout Bio.  He is the Co-Founder and former COO of Forge Biologics and retired from that roll in 2024 after a successful acquisition by Ajinimoto Group
